Share the metal type, mark content and part photos for practical guidance on machine options and support. Fields marked * are required.

Pick the laser topic on the enquiry form

Please include your company name, contact person, town, the machine type you use or want to buy, and a short note on what you need. If you are asking about a fault, add the error message, the material you are marking, and whether the issue is stopping production or just affecting finish quality.

If you need help with a quote, include the part size, marking area, quantity per day, and whether you need a benchtop unit or a production line setup. Part size, marking area and daily quantity tell us who to send and avoid back-and-forth.

Where we work from and where we travel

We are based in Wadeville, Germiston and support customers in Jet Park, Isando, Kempton Park, Boksburg and Alberton. We also do installs and training nationwide, from Gauteng to the coast and into smaller industrial areas where reliable support matters just as much as the machine spec.

What to include for service calls

If you are booking installation, maintenance or repairs, tell us the machine model if you have it, the site address, access times, and whether the unit is on a clean indoor floor or in a shared workshop with dust and vibration. That helps us bring the right tools and plan the job properly.

  • Machine serial number or model details
  • Photos of the marking area or fault
  • Type of material, such as steel, aluminium or jewellery components
  • Any previous fixes or software changes

Enquiry handling

For most enquiries, use the form with the machine model, the marking issue and your contact details. For breakdowns in Gauteng, include the site location, symptoms and any fault photos so we can assess the job properly. For nationwide work, we will confirm the earliest practical visit based on route, site access and parts availability. During load-shedding periods or municipal outages, we may suggest remote assistance first to save time on site.

Training, fixture design and sample marking requests are usually scheduled once we have reviewed your parts and production needs. If a site is near the coast, we may also ask about humidity and storage conditions, as those can affect optics, cleaning intervals and cabinet care.

Support for installations, training and production changes

Our team handles machine installation, operator training, software setup, focus calibration, preventive maintenance and process optimisation. If your line is changing, include the new part drawing or a clear photo, plus the marking position and any cycle-time target. That lets us advise on fixture design and whether remote assistance will be enough or an on-site visit is better.

We also assist with site relocation and spares supply, which is useful when a workshop is moving units between branches or setting up a new bay and needs minimal downtime.

Speak to the right person first time

Your enquiry is reviewed by our operations and technical team so it reaches the right person quickly. Wessel Vermaak oversees the business, while our sales, applications, training and field service staff handle the day-to-day support. This means you do not need to guess who to contact for a quote, a fault, or a marking sample.

Send one clear message with the details above and we will come back with next steps, timing and what we need from your side. Simple, direct, and sorted without wasted trips or delays.
